The girls and I dropped Joe at the airport this morning. We left at 5:30, so the girls just went in their jammies. Joe will be back here in 90 days. We have a countdown on our desk calendar. We'll be marking off the days until he comes home. We'll miss him very much.
On the way home I was going to go to Albertsons to get dougnuts. But the girls didn' t have their shoes, so we hit the Krispy Kream drive through! :)

OHHH, that's so sad!! I love your little heart countdown and I think that is a great idea to put a countdown on the desk as a visual for you and the girls. How is school going for you??
Dan said he is praying for you all. He said he understands. Ditto. Call me when ever you want. I've got a lot of free time these days. Give the girls big kisses and bear hugs for me. I love you very much.
A, School is going well. Busy, but well. We have 14 kids still. I have a meeting heavy kid that is draining all my life force! YIKES! This student is very high needs, and requires a lot of intervention. EV is having her back surgery on 11/5. So keep her in your prayers. I hope her back is a lot straighter.

OH, I'm so sad for you!! I'm sure the time will just fly by. This is a busy time of year and it will be over before you know it...hopefully!
How is your year going?
Alaska girl, My year is pretty stressful still. I have a 3 really high needs kids. And a couple of parents who need a lot of meetings. Plus managing 7 people takes a lot of work. But I love what I do, and wouldn't do anything else. :)
